What is Transparent Interior Coating?
This product uses the special silver ion technology to
provide an Anti-Bacterial coating that is intended for use on previously painted surfaces, such as wall, concrete, metal, plastic and such like. This coating is excellent for use in buses, trains, trams, coaches and all other forms of public transport, it is also used for handles, railings etc, almost any surfaces.
This is excellent coating that has two very important
functions. The first is to provide a long lasting anti-
bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-microbial function, by using the silver ions to keep away the microbes from forming on the surface to which it is applied. The second, is that it is an easy to clean coating, whereby the oil, water and stains are kept away from the surface, so that a wipe down is all that is needed to keep it clean.
When our Anti-Bacterial coating is applied to the surface, the natural characteristic of the substrates, e.g. the colour breathability, is not affected. Even after multiple washes and cleaning, the product will still have its anti-bacterial efficiency and be able to inhibit commonly known
bacteria from forming. E.g. E coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Aspergillums Niger and many many others, on the surface and the surroundings areas. |
How Does it Work?
The coating provides a long lasting anti-bacterial,
and anti-microbial effect, by means of the special silver ion technology within its structure, inhibiting the
commonly known bacteria from forming. E.g. E coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Aspergillums Niger and many others.
It is very easy to clean, as the coating pushes away the oil, water and stains from the surface so that a simple wipe down is all that is needed.

How to us?
Stir well before use. Before you apply our coating to any surface, dilute with only distilled water.
You can apply the coating with a brush, roller or spray gun.
The total consumption of is roughly 100-200 grams of diluted solution per square metre, this is dependent on the porosity of the substrate and on the application equipment used.
The coating dries at a room temperature, but you can quicken up the process by force drying up to 50°C. |
