Insulating Plaster can be applied by manually or machine to internal and external walls.

Insulating Plaster applied substrate can take Thermilate e-coat - heat reflecting ceramic coating – in variety of colours and textures to suit clients requirements.

Insulating Plaster can be used for renewing and delivering a new solid wall insulation. It provides a best possible insulated wall system which has been successfully tested for energy savings.

Application Method

The fair-faced concrete background should be thoroughly cleaned devoid of dust, loose particles, wood pieces, mould oil etc.

The concrete blocks should be cleaned using a stiff brush to remove any dust or loose particles.

The suction in the background of both fair-faced concrete and block work should be neutralised by applying clean potable water.

Free water on the surface should be allowed to disperse before applying Insulating Plaster.
